Q: Is this a mud park?


A: Florida Tracks and Trails is a 1,000 acre theme park offering the ultimate in outdoor adventure. Guests here enjoy a world class motocross facility with 4 tracks, 80-acres of world-class paintball, a freshwater beach inspired by the tropics, miles of one directional off-road trails, a side by side track, open riding areas and more. The park also offers a “Mud Zone”. Additionally, FTT is home to a 40-acre Entertainment Ground which can host concert events, festivals, and more all throughout the year.


Q: When will the park be open?


A: The park is open EVERY Saturday and Sunday with overnight stay check in at 5 pm on Fridays. See park hours HERE


Q: Do all riders have to wear a helmet?


A: All dirt bike and quad riders will be required to wear a helmet while operating their unit inside the park. If you own your own SXS, go kart, or golf cart you will not be required to wear a helmet IF your OHV has roll bars (a roof is required on golf carts). Safety goggles/glasses and appropriate shoes will be required of all riders. Guests renting an ATV or UTV from FTT will also be required to wear a helmet while operating ANY rental vehicle (excluding golf carts).


Q: Will you take all forms of payment?


A: FTT accepts cards AND cash.


Q: We heard there’s no cash purchases inside the park, is that true?


A: No, cash purchases are accepted inside the park. This includes most major credit cards. We do not have a ATM, but do take card.


Q: Are the trails one directional?


A: Yes, our wooded trail section is one direction and they are clearly marked. We do this ensure safety on the trails. You can stop and pull over trail-side, but all traffic is one direction.


Q: Are three wheelers allowed inside the recreation park?


A: Due to safety reasons, three wheelers will not be permitted inside the park.


Q: How much does it cost to get in?


A: Full Park Daily admission for Florida Residents is $33 for adults and $16 for youth (ages 6-12). Children ages 5 and under are free with a paid adult. (Applicable taxes apply) This includes the tracks and trails portion of the park. Beach Admission or Spectator is only $10

Q: Do you have Paintball rentals?


A: Yes, if you don’t have your own Paintball equipment or safety gear, we will rent them to you for an additional cost from our on-site Pro Shop. Paintball Gun, Goggles, and Paint are available.


Q: Do you have a Motocross track designated for kids?


A: Yes! We will offer a Pee Wee track and a Beginner track. The pee wee track is perfect for entry level riders to grow and develop.


Q: Can we bring our own food and beverages inside the park?


A: There is a no glass or alcohol policy that will be strictly enforced. All coolers will be searched upon entering our park. Safety is our MAIN concern. We do sell beer,wine and liqour at the Tiki Bar. Food is allowed as we offer overnight camping.


Q: Are pets allowed on premises?


A: No. No pets other than service animals will be permitted in the park.


Q: Can I fly my drone or remote control plane/helicopter while at the park?


A: FTT is a no fly zone for safety purposes. Personal drones or ANY remote flying object will be confiscated and held until your departure if used within the park. For purposes of media and marketing use, prior approval by the FTT Marketing Department is required in order to fly a drone. No exceptions will be made on the spot without planning and approval.


Q: Do you have hookups for the RV campers?


A: We currently offer: 15 RV Camping spots w/ electric and water near the beach, 50 unpowered RV camping spots, and 400 Self Contained camping spots.


Q: Do you have an on site repair facility?


A: Our goal is to get you back on the tracks and trails as quickly as possible, we keep basic tools handy and are expanding our pro shop to have more offerings in 2018.


Q: Is there a Pro Shop for riders?


A: You bet there is. We bring our guests the top motorsport accessories products on the market. Currently stocking boots, gloves, goggles, and accessories. 100%


Q: Do you have a place to buy paintball equipment or supplies?

Florida Tracks and Trails Park Rules


Our staff works very hard to ensure a safe and fun time for all of our guests. In order to ensure a lasting memory, please review FTT Park Rules.


  • No pets.
  • No coolers will be allowed on the beach. Please leave them in the vehicle to avoid litter and critters on the beach.
  • The park reserves the right to search ALL vehicles for alcohol (travel trailers, RVs, automobiles) staying overnight. Upon arrival, if the park finds alcohol it will be confiscated. Any alcohol found after initial confiscation, you will be asked to leave and you will forfeit all overnight and admission fees.
  • All RVs will now be assisted in parking by Florida Tracks and Trails security so the park can best utilize its space.
  • Alcohol service will be strictly enforced and control measures will be in place to prevent intoxicated patrons from operating a motor vehicle
  • ALL visitors will be required to sign a liability waiver prior to being granted access to the park


Safety Gear & Requirements


ALL RIDERS will be required to wear eye protection (glasses or goggles) while operating an ATV, UTV, go-cart, golf cart or dirt bike on the trail systems. Helmets are required for all dirt bike and quad riders/passengers. Riders in a side by side, go cart, or golf cart are not required to wear a helmet as long as their unit has a roof and/or roll bars. ALL GUESTS on a FTT rental unit will be required to wear a helmet.


Safety is a top priority at FTT. The minimum riding gear required at the park, at all times while operating your machine, is as follows:


ATV/UTV Track & Mud Track


Helmet, eyewear and closed toed shoes/sneakers. SXS/UTV riders will also be required to wear their seat belts, but are NOT required to wear a helmet if they have a roll cage.


Pro, Amateur, Beginner/Youth, and Pee-Wee MX Tracks


Helmet, Goggles and MX Style Riding Boots. We also highly recommend (not required) long sleeved shirts, pants, roost deflector and neck brace.


Beach Area


Lifeguards are on duty during swimming hours.


Overnight Stay Rules and Regulations


  • The park reserves the right to search all vehicles including R.Vs, automobiles, and travel trailers upon entry of the park and throughout your entire stay at the park
  • Alcoholic beverages strictly prohibited. Alcohol will be confiscated upon first warning. Second warning, confiscation and asked to leave the park and forfeiture of all overnight and admission fees.
  • No glass containers
  • No open fires
  • Quiet hours are from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.
  • Display overnight stay pass where it can be easily viewed in windshield
  • Check out is 6 p.m. Sunday


Violation of Park Rules can result in being asked to leave. Anyone staying overnight and asked to leave will forfeit any and all fees paid for overnight stay and admission.
